hey stephanie...self basting...meaning that you don't have to continually put its juices back over it as it cooks.
i wouldn't have gotten that (self-basting). i kinda like the self-busting idea. saves me the trouble of eating til i bust.
that's right up there with the "i'm sorry we don't have ice cream sandwiches today - we're fresh out of bread" we got in the philippines.
wow. self-busting turkeys. makes for some messy barnyards i bet.
